What we are looking for: 

Located in our Franchise Support Center, West Palm Beach, FL. The Information Technology Specialist will provide analysis and evaluate business requirements. Working with IT Leadership, this position will improve the overall user experience of specific and existing IT processes. 

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Support Specialist will assist in maintaining day-to-day technology needs, onboard new employees with equipment and systems, and completing other technology services as required. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

 Proficiency in: 

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and Python 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Skilled at managing multiple projects
